I was truly amazed by the breathtaking views from the room, facing the lush rainforest and all the way to the ocean. The hotel offers a unique experience with rooms in separate buildings, but the walk uphill is so worth it for the stunning scenery. The service was outstanding overall, though a few staff members seemed new. The location was ideal for exploring Monteverde's beauty, and the dining experience, while not perfect, offered a glimpse into local breakfast options. The facilities were great for a memorable stay.

My stay at the hotel was truly incredible. The rooms were not only very nice but also had its own indoor jacuzzi with a forest view, allowing me to watch wildlife right from my chalet. The view was stunning, and the linens were top-notch. The service was impeccable, with a 5-star experience all around, especially in the restaurant where they superbly handled my husband's food allergy. The location was ideal for exploring the Monteverde cloud forest, and dining was always a delight with fresh menu options and homemade microbrews. While the lack of A/C in the afternoon made it a bit too warm, the stunning view of the Valley made up for it.
